Lernsieg is a teacher evaluation app on mobile phones. This excites me because transparency is the first step of quality improvement. There are so many great teachers in Austria, they should be rewarded with a good rating. Everyone else may get an impulse to improve. Ratings are totally standard today for restaurants, hotels, employers, and so on. Why can’t our schools benefit from this opportunity to improve their quality?
